Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Every piece is printed just for you once you order. We submit orders daily, and most ship within 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. International orders take longer to arrive, and depending on your country, customs fees or import duties may apply. Those are paid by the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders go to print quickly, email us right away with your order number. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes into production.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love what you're wearing. If you're not happy with your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery, reach out and we'll send a replacement or accept a return. Worn, washed, and sale items are all covered, and so are size or fit issues.
Are custom orders covered?
Custom and personalized items, like custom mustang brand shirts, are made just for you. We'll replace or refund them if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
How do I start a return or replacement?
Email redmaremercantile@gmail.com with your order number. If something arrived damaged or misprinted, please include a clear photo. Please reach out before sending anything back. We'll reply with instructions and a return shipping label if a return is needed.
Sizing & Care
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are a unisex, retail fit. Check the size guide on each product page, or see our size chart. Tip: measure a shirt you already love and compare.
How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your print looking its best, turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on the design.
Custom Orders
Can I get a shirt with my mustang's brand?
Yes! We can do custom BLM freeze marks (alpha-angle brands), names, and endurance mileage. Send us your horse's brand digits or the text you want, your preferred print color (white for dark shirts, black for light), and any reference images. Contact us to get started.
Giving Back
Do you support any causes?
Every October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of our Breast Cancer Awareness shirt sales goes to Gallop for Life, a nonprofit that helps people facing cancer through time with horses. Learn more about Giving Back.
