Refund policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love what you're wearing. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement or accept a return for a refund. This includes items that have been worn or washed, sale items, and size or fit issues.

Custom and personalized items
Custom items, such as custom mustang brand shirts, names, or mileage, are made specifically for you. These items are covered only if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

Starting a return or replacement
Email redmaremercantile@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please include clear photos. Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply with instructions and a return shipping label if a return is needed. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at redmaremercantile@gmail.com.

Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
