Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is complete. Red Mare Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

• Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days from order date.
• International orders may take 10–20 business days or more, and may be subject to customs fees or import duties paid by the recipient.
• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
